Retailers Pledge

Responsible Cannabis Retailers of North Carolina Pledge is a commitment made by individuals or organizations involved in the cannabis/hemp industry, to uphold a set of ethical and responsible business practices.

The pledge is taken to ensure that the sale and distribution of cannabis/hemp products are conducted in a way that prioritizes safety, legal compliance, and the well-being of both consumers and the broader community.

Such a pledge may include various principles and guidelines:
